"Pretty decent, but not perfect"
Got some bottles from kushbottles.com and they were mostly fine. A few felt solid and looked nice, but some of the caps didn’t seal as snug as I expected. Wasn’t a huge issue, just kind of hit or miss. Worked for what I needed, but next time I’d definitely check everything as soon as it shows up.

Customer service was okay overall. They took longer than I would’ve liked to reply, so I made sure to keep records of the messages and follow up just in case. To be fair, they did fix my issue in the end, but the whole process could’ve been smoother

"Arrived much quicker than expected"
Credit where it’s due, the shipping was way faster than I thought it would be, and everything showed up without any problems. It’s nice when a company just does the decent thing and gets your order to you on time

"Bottles made it here fine"
I ordered a few boxes and the packaging held up good. Delivery looked kinda rough, but nothing was cracked and no caps were leaking. Happy with how it all showed up.

"Caps do what they’re supposed to"
I’ve ordered these a few times now, and to be fair, the child-resistant caps have passed our checks every time. They’re easy enough for adults to open, but not something kids can get into, which is obviously the whole point. it’s a little annoying that I even have to keep checking this stuff so closely, but these have been fine so far. No real complaints

"Bulk order was kind of a mess..."
I placed a big bulk order, and honestly?? It didn’t go as smoothly as I hoped. It arrived later than the date they gave me, a few of the bottles had scuff marks, and the box looked like it had been through a lot!!! Support did eventually get back to me, but it took longer than I expected, and the refund process was kinda confusing, too... I wouldn’t say it was a total disaster, but it definitely wasn’t great either

"Found Almost Everything I Needed Easily"
I was putting together an order and ended up browsing Kush Bottles to see if they had the packaging stuff I needed. It was actually easy to find my way around, and they had a good mix of options without making me feel like I had to click through a million pages. A couple of the sizes I wanted were out of stock, which was a little disappointing, but I still found enough to finish most of my order. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I’d check them again next time.

"Order was mostly right, just not totally perfect"
I got my order from kushbottles.com and most of it was right, so I was happy with that. Shipping was about what I expected, not super fast but not slow either, and everything showed up in good shape with nothing broken or messed up.

One item was a little different than what I had picked out, which wasn’t the end of the world, but it was still kinda annoying tbh. I’d probaby order again, but next time I’d double check the cart and the packing slip a little closer just to make sure evrything matches.

"A bit too expensive for my needs"
I checked this site out while looking for packaging supplies, and the prices felt higher than a few other places I compared it with (especially once shipping and extra fees were added). The products themselves looked decent enough, but for a small order it just didn’t feel worth the total cost. I could see it making more sense if you’re buying in bulk, but for me it was a pass.
